In addition to a variety of standard designs, your truffles can also be decorated with the initials of the guests of honour or with a number to signify a special milestone.

Some other possibilities include designs that incorporate candied flowers, pieces of candied fruit, or nuts like pistachio, walnut or almond that can be toasted, ground, or left in pieces.
